If you’re looking to kick back and relax, then this calm, stylish space is for you! The Meadow View apartment, situated on the edge of the Yorkshire Dales, offers a convenient getaway from the hustle and bustle. It offers peace and tranquility with views of the lush green countryside and meadows regularly visited by grazing sheep. Its convenient location makes it ideal for walkers and cyclists, whilst also allowing easy access to the historical market town of Skipton and Leeds city centre. The space The apartment features a spacious open plan living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen and laundry. The bedroom has a comfortable king size bed, pillows both soft and firm to suit your needs and a fluffy hypoallergenic duvet to spend a few extra hours in bed during your stay. An extra inflatable single bed can also be provided upon request for a third guest. If you’re planning to work from here, we have a laptop desk and chair with unlimited high speed wifi that you can use. The balcony can be accessed through the bedroom or the living room to enjoy outdoor drinks, dining and of course, the beautiful meadow views. Plush blankets have been provided to keep you warm on the balcony during the winter months or to snuggle up on the sofa watching your favourite TV shows or reading a book. Both televisions have the Sky package including Sky Sports and Netflix. The bathroom is spacious too and features a large shower area, hair dryer and basic toiletries in case you’ve forgotten to pack some. The washer/dryer, iron and ironing table can be found in the cupboard to your left as you enter which you are free to use during your stay. A private parking space can be found behind the building. A secure bike store is also available however parking your bike there is at your own risk. Bike and car hire, bus and train timetables and information about local pubs and shops can be found in the welcome pack. Cononley train station is a minute’s walk away but should you wish to explore the area by foot we have provided you with some walking trails of all levels of difficulty (also found in the welcome pack). We’re only a few minutes away and easily contactable should you need anything else! Lockbox at the main entrance for easy access to keys. Guest access This is mostly a residential apartment block and therefore you will need to be respectful towards neighbours. Please keep noise to a minimum especially while on the balcony. No parties please! Bikers can store their bikes in the secure bike storage area however it will be at your own risk- the host cannot be held responsible for it. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment or anywhere inside the building. There is a separate fire exit to the main entrance. The fire exit map and details of this have been provided in the welcome pack. Other things to note Please note that the apartment wasn’t designed for little children and therefore you will need to be careful and attentive when bringing children along, especially in the balcony. You might also want to consider noise levels when bringing children along as it is predominantly a residential apartment building. Please note that if the blow bed is required to accommodate a child or an extra guest, it incurs the ‘extra guest’ fee of £15 per night. No pets allowed. The heaters have set timings (6am to 9am and 6pm to 10pm) and should not be changed. They will remain off unless you turn the switches on if you want heating during the times listed above. However, the apartment retains heat well and you may find that you don’t need to use it.
