Description

Renovated Victorian property within easywalking distance of the city centre & the River Ness. We are only a 5 minute walk from the bus & train station making it very convenient to get around Inverness City Centre without the need for your own transport. Boasting 3 bedrooms for up to 5 guests - 2 king bedrooms & 1 single. A living area with log burning stove, Smart TV with Netflix & free fast wifi. Along with a fully equipped kitchen, dining space and utility area. The space Innes Street Townhouse is a renovated Victorian Style property on the very historic street of Innes Street. We have 2 king bedrooms, a single bedroom and a bathroom with walk in shower on our first floor. We supply hand wash, shampoo/body wash and 3 toilet rolls. Downstairs you’ll find a beautiful living area comfy sofas and our smart TV with options to use your Netflix, Amazon Prime, Iplayer accounts. You’ll also have use of our log burning stove. Our kitchen is equipped with everything you should need to cook up a meal along with our utility room which is also equipped with a washing machine, iron, ironing board and clothes airer. We have a Nespresso coffee machine in our kitchen with some starter capsules. Coffee capsules are readily available in our supermarkets such as Tesco & Asda. We have also provided tea, coffee and sugar. We are very lucky to have our own back garden that guests are welcome to use. At the moment it is mostly just a grassy area and we don’t currently have any garden furniture however we hope to add this in the future We are a dog friendly home and happily accommodate up to 2 dogs. Just let us know during your booking so we can get everything ready and leave a little doggy pack for you. Parking is on street and free with our permit for one car although we are also perfectly situated if you are not driving. Permits are required during the hours of 8am - 6pm, Mon - Sat. If you have an additional car then we usually recommend Rose Street Carpark as an alternative. Our permit will be in a photo frame on the coffee table. Place the whole frame (please don’t remove from the frame) on to your dashboard while you park then return the frame to the coffee table on departure. Guest access Guests have full access to our property including garden area during their stay. Innes Street is a permit holders only street for parking and we have one permit available for guests to use during their stay with us. If you are taking along additional cars we can recommend affordable car parking options nearby. Other things to note Please note that our property backs onto a railway line. It’s a not a busy line with only a small number of trains passing through the daytime. We have one bedroom at the back of the house with the two other rooms (king and single) facing the front. We may be able to offer early or late checkout dependant on availability. This is charged additionally through AirBnB fees at £25. Please request this well in advance. We are a dog friendly property and charge £25 per dog, per stay. If you have added a dog to your booking, Airbnb will have added this charge alongside your booking. If you’ve selected to take two dogs, Airbnb will have only charged for one, we will send the additional charge separately via Airbnb fees once your booking has been placed.
