Newly Renovated. Inlaw suite in the lower level of my home. This is in a quiet residential area and a nice part of Niagara Falls, close to shopping, stores, parks and 12 minute drive to the Falls. Enjoy my shared patio with BBQ and separate entrance, Smoking is permitted outside only. No pets please Please contact me for special discount regarding stays between 3-6 nights The space Separate entrance with kitchen and living room on 1 floor and separate bedroom on lower floor with a A/C and heat. An in-law suite with a private separate entrance located in the lower level of my home. -This Air Conditioned suite has 1 bedroom with queen size bed. -Full bathroom including towels, shampoo, conditioner and soap. -Kitchen with fridge, stove, toaster, coffee maker, microwave, dining table and dishes. -Living room with fireplace, sectional sofa bed and TV Guest access You will have private access to the in-law suite and shared access to the back yard, BBQ and back sitting area. You will not have access to the front sitting area. Our guest will have unlimited use of our WIFI and one free parking space. If you require more than one parking space please let us know. Other things to note There is more then 20 golf course s within a 30 minute drive from my home. There is also lots of beautiful wineries near by.
