The accommodation consists of a main room where the bed, dining area and kitchenette are located. The bathroom is in a separate room. We are people labeled "COOL" but regarding our accommodation: - 1) No parties. - 2) No noise at night or during the day. - 3) No prostitution (in this specific case we call the police directly because we are strongly opposed to human trafficking!) - 4) No additional people in relation to the booking. - 5) The person who booked must be the person who will be staying in our accommodation (let us know if this is not the case). —-> If the rules are not respected, and in the event that no solution is found, we will ask you to leave our accommodation. - There is only one camera in the common areas of the building. - There are NO cameras in the accommodation. - the street is slightly busy, you are set back from the street in an inner courtyard which will allow you to be very quiet! - An ambiance bar is located at a distance on the street but not very noisy due to the location of the accommodation. - Sometimes the gas boiler may make a small noise when it is ignited.
