Relax in this spacious 3 bedroom, 3 bath home with a pool, fire pit, grill, and indoor bar, nestled right on Homosassa River. Our home is accessible through a private, gated entrance & has many local favorites, like the Manatee Center, within minutes away. With this upscale kitchen designed for chefs & a unique layout, The Roost provides close interactions with your own cozy lil space. Plenty of seating for dining and entertainment both inside and out. The space Things to know: -Due to the home having a septic tank, we are unable to accommodate more than 8-9 people -Plenty of room available for parking and a boat trailer -The boat on the lift and the lift itself is NOT for use. Guests may tie their boat up to the dock -There are life jackets and fishing poles available -The bar area has an ice machine, mini fridge, and plenty of pool towels -There is a laundry room with a washer and dryer available for use -There are 4 king size beds and a pull out couch in the sunroom, which can be closed off with doors. There are 3 bedrooms, though the master bedroom has an entryway into an additional 'bedroom' that has the 4th king size bed. -The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you may need to make a family style meal. -Each room has a TV and is stocked with ample towels and extra bedding if needed -Must be at least 25 years old to book and must be present on property while anyone under age is present Guest access The garage and space above the garage is a private apartment that the owner visits on occasion. Other things to note A fee will be incurred for: - Unauthorized animals. - Interfering with use of household systems including the pool pump, plumbing, septic tank, HVAC system, and video monitoring - Unauthorized additional guests that lead to issues with the septic tank - Excessive cleaning (Amount TBD based on impact). While we do not expect you to clean the entire home before departure, we do ask that you take care of the home and use the light cleaning supplies available during your stay. We also provide W/D and detergent, so if stains are present on linens please try to wash them out - Unapproved Late check-out ($100/hour, ). We often need to clean the home same day to allow for new guests to check in. Unapproved late check outs become a large strain on our cleaning crew and requires us to hire additional staff to clean the home faster
