Drenched in all day sun our newly renovated guest house has everything you need to enjoy a relaxing holiday. Waikuku Beach is a haven for holiday makers, with its beautiful beach, picturesque community and lots of native bird life to enjoy. Located just a short walk (15 mins) to the beach and the Ashley River estuary. Waikuku Beach is perfect for swimming and surfing and is lifeguard patrolled every weekend in summer and everyday of the school holidays. The space Open plan area one bedroom with a queen bed, lounge/dining/kitchen and a separate bathroom. A separate sleepout is available for up to 2 extra guests, it has a double bed, tv and verandah. The kitchen is well appointed and has a small convection oven, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle and basic necessities. Lovely outside undercover area with barbeque and large sun-drenched front yard. If you are looking to take your holiday experience to the next level, Studio Alchemy is our onsite day spa offering professional massage and bodywork treatments, the perfect way to calm your mind and recharge your batteries. Whether you are wanting to relax or explore, Waikuku Beach is the perfect holiday destination. Guest access Access via shared driveway, off street parking available for multiple vehicles. Main guesthouse has wheelchair access Other things to note Bed linen and bathroom towels are provided but you will need your own beach towels. Tea, coffee and sugar is provided along with basic essentials. Heating (or cooling) is provided by a heat pump. This guesthouse has a thorough disinfectant clean after each guest. Special Attractions and Activities Nearby - Good local beach, forest and estuary walks which is home to a variety of bird life. Local tennis courts (free to use), playground, park and toddler pool. Waikuku Beach general store does fantastic fish and chips and burgers. Pegasus town and golf course is a 5 minute drive. Rangiora is a 10 minute drive.
