We usually leave it open on the day of your arrival but suggest you close it behind you afterwards. There is a hard standing area to park to preserve the grass. Instructions on how to get in are provided after booking and prior to arrival. Other things to note The two huts are positioned sufficiently apart to afford two separate bookings adequate privacy and at the same time would allow for two families to book both huts together and allow 8 people to enjoy the huts at the same time. *for approximately 10 weekends of June July and August the field that the huts overlook hosts a family campsite Friday to Sunday. There is access to the field for hut guests during those weekends. There is no access for guests to the field during the rest of the week in the summer or at any other time of the year.
