Beautiful self-contained flat within a 250 year old cottage which used to serve as a post office / tea room stop for people travelling along the A370 and M5 North/Southbound. Situated within 3 minutes drive of the M5 (J21), Bristol Airport (15 minutes), Bristol Vet School (11 minutes) and is within short distance to Clevedon, Weston-Super-Mare, The Mendips & Bristol city. We are surrounded by the farmlands for country walks and Strawberry Line Cycling route leading to Cheddar Reservoir. The space The accommodation has its own private entrance on the ground floor leading on to a hallway with a downstairs bathroom and staircase access to the living room and separate bedroom. The living room has a sofa bed, table and chairs, kitchenette and TV. Lovely views over farmland. Other things to note For long stay requests, multiple occupancies requiring usage of the sofa-bed, or family with children (0-18years of age), please contact us to discuss arrangements. If booking for more than 1 person, each extra adult or child is an extra guest that will need to be booked in. E.g. 2 adults + 2 children = 4 guests. That’s 3 additional people (4 guests must be shown on the booking) Important specifics to note: - There is no wheelchair access. - Non-smokers only. This is a smoke free home (including the outside area). - Accommodation is not suitable for family with young children. - The driveway is monitored by security cameras at all times. - No cooker supplied. Kitchenette includes a microwave, toaster, kettle and a fridge. - The space is ideal for single professionals or a couple. please contact us to discuss any specific arrangements for 2-4 people where the sofabed may be required, or for any children under the age of 18. We will do our best to accommodate. - The boiler and electric consumer unit is located in a locked room next to bathroom on the ground floor. We may require access during your stay If there is an issue with the boiler system or electrics but will notify you before entering. For keen Golfers:- Mendip Spring Golf Club is 10 minutes drive from this location. If wanting to play golf, please contact me to discuss as I may be able to help with a reduced members’ guest fee. Beach: - We are blessed with beautiful nearby beaches in Weston & Clevedon within 10mins drive of this location. Brean Sands is a little further down the road, approx 20 mins away. Shops and restaurants:- There is a pub within 5 minutes walk. Supermarkets and restaurants are within 5mins drive. Several deliver to this location if you wanted to order in.
