Welcome to our newly renovated large 1-bedroom suite, located above our three car garage in a stunning rural area with plenty of outdoor space. It is perfectly situated near numerous attractions, and it offers a comfortable and quiet retreat from the hustle and bustle of city life. We, The Host's, live in the main house of the property, but are very respectful to your privacy. Whether you're in town on business or seeking a relaxing retreat, we know you will enjoy this charming place. The space Fully equipped with all essential amenities including complimentary WiFi and washer & dryer, this cozy apartment boasts an airy, sun-filled living area, a modern, fully-equipped kitchen, and a spacious, comfortable bedroom along with a dining table and a spacious living area with a 50"TV. The 12' ceilings and the skylight in the living area along with the dormers give it ample natural light and a cozy feel. In the bedroom you'll find a full bedroom set with a KING BED as well as a pullout sofa bed in the living area with a comfy memory foam mattress. The drinking water is purified safe well water and tastes great. Don' forget to utilize the firepit and experience a peaceful night under the stars while roasting marshmallows and eating smores! (Firewood and starter provided) Guest access The fence is there for your privacy only, but don't feel limited to its boundaries. Feel free to stroll the rest of the yard if you wish. But be aware that the fence that borders our yard is an electric fence (it contains our neighbors’ animals.) Other things to note Please note, dogs are welcome, with a $75 fee per trip.
