🏠 🌻Welcome to The Carriage House - a very unique, NON-TOXIC, extra large 1-bedroom suite located above our three-car garage in a stunning rural area with plenty of outdoor space. 🌿Perfectly situated near many popular venues and Lancaster attractions with a quiet, peaceful feel. 🌷☕️ We, the hosts, live in the main house but respect your privacy. ☑️ Whether you're in town for business, vacation, touring the area, or just need a relaxing retreat, we know you’ll enjoy this charming place! ☺️💫🍷 The space 🌿 One thing that truly sets this space apart is our commitment to a squeaky clean, natural, toxin-free environment. We intentionally avoid synthetic fragrances and harsh chemicals throughout the suite. You'll sleep on high-quality cotton sheets, enjoy non-toxic soaps and shampoo, and even our dishwasher detergent and cleaning supplies are non-toxic and fragrance-free. ☕️ We also provide organic coffee, filtered well water, and we do not use harmful chemicals for pest control or cleaning. Everything is carefully chosen to keep the space as natural and healthy as possible, making this a rare and wonderful stay for guests who value clean living, sensitive environments, or who may be allergic to chemical fragrances or harsh products. 🌱 🍳🍽️🧂Fully equipped with all essential amenities including complimentary WiFi and washer & dryer, this space boasts an airy, sun-filled living area. ☀️ 💫 You’ll also find a modern, fully-equipped kitchen, and a spacious, comfortable bedroom, several dining areas along with a large open living area featuring a 58” adjustable TV. 📺 🖥️ As you step inside this gorgeous space, you'll find 12' ceilings, a skylight in the living area, and large dormers that provide ample natural light and create a cozy, luxurious feel. 🎼 🛁 In the bedroom you'll find a full bedroom set with a KING BED, along with a pullout sofa bed in the living area featuring a comfy memory foam mattress. 🛌 🥛 The high-quality reverse osmosis water filter makes the water taste great. 💧 🏘️ There are many nearby attractions including the Susquehanna River, which features a beautiful biking and walking trail connecting quaint river towns, plus rock climbing and boat rentals. 🏃‍♀️⛵️🏊‍♀️🚴‍♀️🧗🏼‍♀️ Spooky Nook Sports, Sight & Sound Theatre, and many other Lancaster County attractions are nearby, including unique Amish experiences and countless great restaurants! 🍔🌮🥗🍕🍩🍦 Check out the digital guidebook on my profile for even more great restaurants and things to see and do! 📒💻 🌌 Don’t forget to utilize the fire pit and experience a peaceful night under the stars while roasting marshmallows and enjoying s’mores! 🏕️ (Wood and fire starter provided) 🪵 Guest access 🪧The fence is there for your privacy only, but don't feel limited to its boundaries. 🚪Feel free to stroll the rest of the property and woods. 🪾 🌳 Kids are welcome to use the swingset as well. 🛝 ⛳️But be aware that the fence that borders our yard is an electric fence🐴 🫏 (it contains our neighbors’ animals.) 🐄 Other things to note Please note, dogs and other pets are welcome, with a $95 fee per trip. 🦮🐾 Be aware that you may experience Love, Joy and Peace in this secluded setting.
