Our beautiful Mooloolaba Beach House is within easy walking distance of two of the Sunshine Coasts best beaches and Mooloolaba Esplande, home to great Cafes, Shops and Restaurants. Recently refurbished, breezy 2-storey, 5 bedroom stylish house caters for 12 guests. With 3 large bathrooms, indoor/outdoor dining, air-conditioning throughout, media room, games room & large yard with pool this property will fulfil all your holiday, or visit needs. The space The entire house upstairs and down is air-conditioned. The ground floor houses the large lounge, dining, kitchen, games room, 4th bedroom and 3rd bathroom. Plus the alfresco dining area with BBQ overlooking the pool and outdoor bar. Upstairs are the master bedroom with ensuite, bedrooms 2 and 3, along with bunk bedroom (bedroom 5), the 2nd bathroom with bath and the media room. The entire house inside and out has just been recently refurbished. and is clean, stylish and very tastefully decorated throughout. The kitchen has an gas cook top, electric oven, microwave, fridge, pots, pans, crockery, cooking implements and cutlery. You can't help but relax and enjoy your time there. There is a separate games room, with 8' x 4' pool table. Any tear to the table felt will unfortunately incur a $1,000 replacement fee. We have driveway parking for two cars and extra on street parking is available as required. I cannot stress highly enough this is a lovely house for families, friends and small groups, who want a quiet, peaceful time whilst they are enjoying the Sunshine Coast. The cleaning charge for your stay is levied on a normal clean, if guests leave garbage, stains, rubbish, bottles, breakages, cigarette smell (which we will have cleaned) they will be levied for all additional cleaning and replacement costs. Guest access Guests have sole and exclusive use of the house and yard. The keys for entry into the house for the duration of your visit, are in a key safe, allowing you quick and easy access. The code will be sent to you prior to your visit. Other things to note PLEASE NOTE: This is NOT a party, event, function, or schoolies group property. PLEASE NOTE: Anyone with cat allergies is strongly recommended to NOT book our property The property is strictly NON smoking. The property is not able to accommodate any pets, our apologies as we cannot take bookings that include your pet/s. On booking we will ask for details of your group and information on your trip here to the coast. We do value our wonderful house and the well being of our neighbours. If there are any reports of a party, event, function and / or complaints from neighbours, these will be investigate and if necessary you will be ask to immediately vacate the premises.
