The outdoor kitchen area has recliners, plenty of chairs and tables, bbq, outdoor sink, outdoor fridge. Would suit up to 15, plenty of sleeping options: 4 double beds, 1 bunk bed, 1 triple bunk bed. The following can be placed as needed: 2 inflatable beds, 2 camping cots, 1 baby cot. There are 3 en suite bedrooms. One of which is the master bedroom - which has a 2nd sleeping room with a bunk bed. The fourth room is on the ground floor with a double bed and triple bunk bed, it has its own sunroom. There is a ground floor shower and toilet. . Guest access There is a health club on site with swimming pool, gym, jacuzzi, sauna, steam room, lounge, coffee. You have discounted access: Adults £6, kids £4 (normally its adults £15 kids £8). Health club is available to airbnb guests from 1pm to 7pm during week and from 1pm to 5pm on the weekends. Alternatively, you can exclusively hire the whole swimming pool after 7pm during week and after 5pm on weekends (pool only). The cost is £80 for first hour and £40 for every subsequent hour (only the Airbnb guests in your party can use it). This has to be booked through airbnb in advance and is subject to availability. There is a stargazing heated observatory available for hire for £20 a night. The area is dark skies level 8 (on a scale of 1 to 10). The telescope and binoculars will enable you to see the moon, Jupiter and Saturn. There is a tablet that will show you the constellation names (just point the tablet). There is also a tripod for your phone camera if you want to try some night photography. Please book and pay at the Four Seasons reception. You can also explore the 13 acre garden. There is a wide variety of mature trees including oak, sweet chestnut and even a monkey puzzle tree. There are many great places for a picnic or activities (eg den building, cricket, etc).
