It's plentiful windows fill the home with natural light. Guests say they love the kitchen and it's super well stocked with anything you might need. The kitchen opens to the backyard, which is ready for entertaining, games and simply relaxing. Great neighborhood, 1/4 mile from Whole Foods/King Sooper shopping center. FYI: Boulder zoning regulations limit us to rent to a maximum of three individuals who are unrelated to each other. Families have no such limitation on renting. We give you this information upfront to avoid inconveniencing both you and us, and we thank you for your understanding. Guest access You'll have the upstairs main house to yourself. When I'm not traveling, I live in my separate basement apartment, which has it's own outside rear entrance. The shared laundry room is downstairs.
