Experience and great relaxing time in Roseville you would love the city The space Very spacious house with a full size bedroom and bathroom on the first level and four bedrooms and two full size bathrooms on the second level. This is an open concept home with a very large, full equipped kitchen, a large family TV room and and a wonderful pool to enjoy the warm days of the years or BBQ those winter cold days. Guest access Accessing the property its very easy and convenient. A code will be provided to you to access the main entrance of the house through a smart lock. There are two parking spaces in front of the garage and a two parking garage available for you stay. The street its on a Cut-de-Sac with some parking on the street. Other things to note The patio has a BBQ for your usage (must be cleaned before departing the property) and the underground pool its available with warm waters during the warm days. However, we do not have a water heater so during the cold days, the water also becomes cold.
