Book this private oasis now! 350km South of Manila; 8-9 hour ride from Quezon City. This private oasis is beside Candelaria Beach Resort and a boat ride away from here to Calaguas Island! For 33 - 36 guests! You have 6 private rooms, open cottages, beautiful scenery, bar space and more! Plus, even a caretaker! The space You will have the privacy of the whole vacation beach house to yourself. 5 houses: (1) Sandpiper House; the house at back, comes with a bedroom for 2-3 with an aircon and private toilet and bath. Outside room/area has space for 3 more beds. If you need more, you may request for a floor mattress; (2.1) Cardinal 1 Room; the main house’s left side room, has a bedroom for 2 with aircon and private toilet and bath, w/ space for a floor mattress for 1 more if needed; Outside room/area has space for 3 more beds; (2.2) Cardinal 2 Room; the main house’s right side room, has a bedroom for 4 with aircon and private toilet and bath; Outside room/area has space for 3 more beds; (3) Sparrow House; the open house is my personal favourite, more outdoor and semi-in with nature. This house has space for 9 beds, it has no AC but has the best natural air ventilation. You sleep hearing the silent crashing of waves, and wake up in the sea’s morning breeze! There are separate toilet and bath structures for this. (4) Seagull House: the house by the seashore, would make you want to extend your stay because you literally wake up in-front of the seashore! So relaxing! This house has space for 5 with aircon and private toilet and bath; it has its own porch where you can relax and chill with friends or family; (5) King Fisher House; the house by the hill with the best view of the sea, the most private place away from the rest. This house has its own aircon and private toilet and bath. The house is specifically for 2 who would want to stay in a relaxing private beach house by themselves. It comes with a living area, a landscaped garden, and a beautiful view deck. There are 2 open cottages by the houses and landscape, 1 open bar w/ separate grill by the seashore, and 6 tables and bench set with its own outlets (Work From Beach!). Like basketball? There is a half court basketball area just south of the main house. Beside it is the shared toilet and shower area with 6 toilets and outdoor shower area. Cardinal House; the main house, has an outdoor dining area for 12 people, just right of the dining area is the outdoor kitchen with complete cooking and chilling needs, left of the dining area has 4 toilet and baths with indoor and outdoor shower. A caretaker takes care of the whole property with his wife. They will be there to assist you with anything! If you need a cook, we will be able to provide for you but will depend on their availability. We highly recommend this for a better experience for you, our guests. 4. There are seasons where bugs are more than expected, please bring any bug repellents just to be on the safer side. Guest access You’ll be able to access the whole property! Only the caretaker’s house at the back of the property isn’t accessible; this is a private house used by the caretaker of the place. Other things to note The private oasis is accessible thru the entrance of Candelaria Beach Resort, you will have to pay an entrance fee. Our caretaker will wait for you at the designated parking area. He will personally wait for you there once you arrive. If you don’t know how to go to Candelaria Beach Resort, we can arrange a driver and van for rent to drive the journey from Manila/Quezon City to the private oasis.
