Architecture Prize À Vivre 2022 of the contemporary house, 45 minutes from Paris, in a green setting, enjoy a French art of living while visiting Giverny, the castles of La Roche-Guyon and Villarceau. The Gervais house is modern, spacious with beautiful volumes, bright and comfortable with excellent bedding. Overlooking the slope, consisting of two L-shaped buildings connected by a gallery, it fits into a green environment. A unique experience! . The space ​Designed by architect Frank Salama, completed in 2021. From the main entrance with double-height ceilings, the living area is accessed through a glass gallery. In this large space with 3-meter ceilings, a semi-open kitchen opens onto a dining room and a living room with fireplace, tiled with Massangis stone, and custom-furnished in oak. The fireplace insert in the living room can be used for both pleasure and heating. Generous bay windows pierce the room from side to side, opening onto two terraces. On the other side of the entrance, a long hallway serves a laundry room, a toilet and two bedrooms, one with two twin beds with a shower room, and the other with a king size double bed with a bathroom and toilet. Finally, the staircase from the entrance leads upstairs to a long two-seater desk, ideal for teleworking, and a third bedroom with a king size double bed (possibility of an extra inflatable bed), as well as an en-suite bathroom and toilet. Two garages can accommodate 3 cars. 3 or 4 bicycles including an electric one are available. Beds are made upon arrival and towels as well as adult and children's bathrobes are available. We do not accommodate more than 7-8 people, either indoors or outdoors, please take this into account when making your request. Large parties are therefore excluded. Guest access The entire house and garden are exclusively available for guest use. Other things to note The House is NON-SMOKING including hookah and electronic cigarettes. The Maison Gervais is decorated with French works of art, from different eras and styles. Some of the furniture has also been designed specifically for the House. Each piece is unique, and all are for sale. The premises are handed over to the Tenant in perfect working order. Their contents (art objects, utensils, furniture, linen, etc.) are the subject of an inventory that is presumed complete, unless otherwise indicated by the Tenant on the day of their arrival. The Tenant is responsible for the premises for the duration of their stay. They are required to return them in the same condition as on arrival, without damage to either the building or its interior fittings, and the inventory must be complete.
