The Gervais house is modern, spacious with beautiful spaces, bright and comfortable with excellent bedding. The space Designed by architect Frank Salama , completed in 2021 . From the double-height main entrance, you can access the day part through a glass gallery. In this large space of 3 meters under ceiling, a semi-open kitchen opens onto a dining room and a living room with fireplace, paved with Massangis stone, and custom furnished in oak. The chimney insert in the living room can be used for both leisure and heating. Generous bay windows punctuate the room from side to side, open to two terraces. On the other side of the entrance, a long hallway serves a laundry room, a toilet and two bedrooms, featuring one of two twin beds with a shower room, and the other a king size double bed with a bathroom and toilet. Finally, the staircase of the entrance leads upstairs to a long two-seater desk, ideal for remote working, and a third bedroom with a king size double bed (possibility of an additional inflatable bed), as well as an en-suite bathroom and toilet. Two garages can accommodate 3 cars. 3 or 4 bikes, one of which is available. The beds are made upon arrival and towels as well as adult and child bathrobes are available. We do not accommodate more than 7-8 people, neither indoors nor outdoors, please take this into account when requesting. This means large parties are excluded. Guest access The entire house and garden are exclusively available for guest use. Other things to note The House is NON-SMOKING including Chicha and e-cigarettes. Maison Gervais is decorated with French works of art, from various periods and styles. Some of the furniture was also designed specifically for the House. Every room is unique, and all are for sale. The premises are given to the Tenant in perfect working condition. Their content (art objects, utensils, furniture, linens, etc.) is the subject of an inventory that is presumed to be complete, unless otherwise reported by the Tenant on the day of arrival. The tenant is responsible for the premises for the duration of their stay. He is required to return them in the same condition as it was on arrival, without damage to the building or its interior design, and the inventory must be complete.
