Conveniently located just steps away from the attractions and urban feel of downtown but with the cozy familiarity of a residential neighborhood. Most of your time may end up being spent relaxing on our Southern Living style front porch after visiting our vibrant downtown or our world class beaches just minutes away. Guest access Guests will have access during their stay via digital lock-box. Prior to your stay you will be contacted for a code of your choosing. Other things to note House is two levels and has an upstairs apartment that is rented long term to professional. Upstairs unit has separate rear entry but does share (and have separate access to) laundry area and rear patio. HOUSE RULES: We have wonderful neighbors, and we want to make sure our guests respect their privacy and our community. By booking our property you agree to follow our house rules. 1. Absolutely NO PARTIES and NO GUESTS that are not in your booking. If neighbors complain, your reservation will be cancelled immediately with no refund. 2. There is a penalty of $200/person/day for any unauthorized guest staying at the property. 3. We reserve the right to terminate your stay without refund if you exceed the maximum occupancy (7 people). 4. Quiet hours 9:00 pm – 9:00am 5. NO SMOKING of any kind inside the house or on the front porch. 6. Do NOT flush excessive amount of toilet paper or wipes, paper towels, trash, etc. This may clog the main drain. The fee for clogging the main drain may be applied. 7. To ensure safety of our guests and protection of property, A/V surveillance is present at the house entrance. No surveillance inside the house. 8. Do NOT turn off the WIFI modem or router. This will stop any smart home devices. 9. No pets allowed - Please note there are no refunds due to Acts of God, inclement weather or nature, outages of electricity/water/water heater/internet, malfunctions of devices such as TV/internet services/etc., and/or anything that is beyond our control. - Recommended stay 30+ days
