The home sits on 14 acres in the city with its own pond and daily wildlife, including deer, heron and geese. It features open lofts and huge windows with amazing private views right in the middle of the city. The location is absolutely unbeatable! We put a lot of love, time and effort in and we hope you love the results! The space The open, 3-story loft is where you will be creating unforgettable moments with your loved ones. It features a relaxing living room leading into the fully equipped kitchen and dining area--a great place to prepare dinner or just hang out. An abundance of natural light accents the loft and unique accents of the home. Five bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, offer a comfortable haven and a place to relax after an exciting day of exploring KC and its attractions! If you don't feel like leaving home, you'll love relaxing in the screened-in porches, sitting by the pond, and exploring the large yard where you can unwind and soak up the Missouri sun! All provide you with the high-level comfort and convenience needed to relax and rest after an exciting day of exploring the natural beauties of KC and all feature: ✔ Queen beds ✔ Ceiling fans ✔ Smart TVs with YouTubeTV included ✔ Walk-in Closets with hangers and shelves ✔ Night Stands with reading lamps and places to plug in your electronics ✔ 2 queen air mattresses (in addition to 5 queen beds) The main floor features four of the bedrooms, one primary with ensuite bathroom. The second-floor bedroom loft with ensuite bathroom overlooks the living room and lower level ping pong/game spaces. BATHROOMS There is a full bathroom accessible from the main floor living area, a half-bath on the lower level, and two primary bedroom ensuite bathrooms. All bathrooms are stocked with clean towels, essential toiletries, and hairdryers, so you don't have to worry about packing your own. OUTDOORS The backyard offers a relaxing outdoor setting with pond. Here you will be able to soak up the sun, sip your morning coffee, and watch the wildlife. There are also two screened-in porches. GENERAL Besides this home, the land includes a guest house (not included in the rental) which is attached via a second screened in porch and does not share any walls. You are able to use the shared screened in porch in addition to your own private porch. The house is exclusively yours, without interruption for the duration of your stay, so relax, unwind, and make yourself at home. You have your own entrance and parking. You will enter the home using a door equipped with keyless entry (code provided before check- in) which adds ease and flexibility to check in and check out. Other than the already mentioned amenities, our home is also equipped with: ✔ High-speed Fiber Wi-Fi ✔ Heating and air conditioning ✔ Laundry room with washer/dryer (detergent included) ✔ 3-car garage and additional driveway parking COVID-19 SANITIZATION Heath, safety, and wellbeing of our guests are of utmost importance to us. For this reason, we use a thorough process of cleaning after each check-out. Other things to note ON SITE ART PARTY We offer an add-on art experience! We can come to you in the Airbnb and host an on-site art party (just like "Wine and Painting" or "Corky Canvas")! We provide the canvases, paint, and instructor for $20 per guest. The experience takes about 1-2 hours. Just let your host know if you are interested and to check availability. HOUSE RULES ✔ No smoking inside ✔ NO PARTIES. If you BREAK THE NO PARTY RULE, you will be asked to leave and forfeit your rent. We will assess a $1500 event space fee if this rule is violated. ✔ No gatherings or unregistered guests ✔ Do not block the parking spot in front of the detached garage on the property ✔This home is in a residential neighborhood so please observe the quiet times— 10:00pm to 7:00am GETTING AROUND A car is recommended to get to KC attractions. Access to the highway is very easy. Uber and Lyft are also very great options and easily available.
