We are very quiet and sunny and have a great view of the mountains of the area. We are 20 mins away by car from Merano. A bus stop is nearby (about 100 meters). You can start your hikes right away from the house. There are several options. The hiking and skiing area Meran2000 is 3 minutes away by car and about half an hour on foot. We would really appreciate if you would spend your vacation with us in the Larchwald! See you soon Verena The space Apartment Hochwart is located on the ground floor and is suitable for 2-3 people. It is equipped with a living room, a kitchen-living room, a terrace, a bedroom and a bathroom (shower, toilet, bidet). The terrace is south facing and has a beautiful view of the mountains (access from the living room). It is equipped with table and chairs and you are also welcome to enjoy your meals outdoors! Towels, bed sheets, tea towels, extra pillows and hair dryer are at your disposal in the apartments. There is also a flat screen TV and Wi-Fi free of charge. The kitchen is equipped with pots, pans, bowls, plates, cups, cutlery, kitchen tools, salt and pepper. A fridge/freezer, ceramic electric hob, filter coffee machine, mocha machine, toaster, kettle and dishwasher are provided. If you need other cooking utensils, a travel cot or a high chair, we will be happy to put them in the apartment. Behind the house there is a large playground with sunbathing area. A swing, slide, rocking horse, sandbox, balls, ping pong table, foosball table and trampoline are waiting for you! You are welcome to have breakfast on request with us in the original Tyrolean parlor on the first floor (for a fee). You can easily park your car and bikes in our parking garage! In the Larchwaldhöfl annex, we have an electric charging station (extra charge). During your stay with us, you can use all public transport in all of South Tyrol for free! Other things to note Tourist tax: For all guests from the age of 14, a local tax of 2.10 euros per person per night will be collected.
