This is a pet- friendly rental with two private bedrooms and one private bathroom in a safe community. My house is close to the beach, restaurants/bars, highways, airport, and many OC attractions such as Disneyland and others. Easy self check in. Please review the house rules, guide books and feel free to ask any questions. :-) The space ROOM: There are two private bedrooms (one is 11'x10 the other is 13'x10' excluding the closets) and one private bathroom, all upstairs. Each of the bedrooms has a queen bed, desk, chair, dresser, closet, hangers, ceiling fan and dimmer lighting. There's also a pet amenities box with bowls, blankets and more. See photos for details. HOUSE: This is not an empty house, I live here with my two dogs in the third room. The entire downstairs is shared (with me), this includes the kitchen, living areas, and half bathroom. A Keurig machine is stocked with a variety of Kcups and available for you to use. Laundry machines (additional fee) are available for guests as well. YARD: There is a quiet, relaxing garden, with lemon, lime, fig, guava and grapefruit trees. You are welcome to help yourself to lemons and other fruit. I have a fully fenced yard. Guest access CHECK IN: Very easy self check in with a keypad! I will provide you with a numeric access code prior to your arrival. You MUST be comfortable using the AirBnb app, communications and the step by step check in are managed entirely on the AirBnb app. PARKING: As you will see in photos, my townhouse does not have a driveway. Guests will not have access to park in my garage. Parking is available in the neighborhood (you can use any open space), or on the street. Large vehicles such as boats, RVs, trailers cannot be accommodated. I provide more info on all this after booking, including step by step check in instructions in the app. Feel free to ask questions.
