My self-contained garden apartment has been thoughtfully designed to feel like a true home from home, with quality bedding, fresh towels, and complimentary refreshments including tea, coffee, milk, and toiletries—bringing you the comfort of a hotel with the warmth of a personal touch. The bright living area features a modern L-shaped sofa (seating up to three), a dining table for four, and a 48-inch smart TV (new in 2022). Feel free to log into your own Netflix or Amazon accounts. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment. The newly fitted kitchen (2022) is fully equipped with Bosch appliances including a hob, oven, fridge, and slimline dishwasher. You’ll also find a kettle, toaster, microwave, and a full set of quality cookware, utensils, glasses, plates, and cutlery—perfect for preparing meals if you choose to dine in. A washing machine and clothes horse are also provided for your convenience. The private bedroom features a comfortable king-size bed, ample storage (wardrobe and two chest of drawers), a USB charging socket, hair dryer, iron, ironing board, and heater. Please note: as this is a basement unit, the bedroom does not have a window. The bathroom includes a spacious power shower with a sliding door, a heated towel rail, toilet, and sink. Fresh towels are provided—including separate beach towels—as well as complimentary toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel). Whether you’re baking a cake, watching TV, reading a book, or enjoying a quiet cup of tea, this apartment is designed to be your relaxing retreat. You’re welcome to enjoy the shared garden, which includes a covered patio area with a picnic bench and additional seating—perfect for breakfast, dinner, or a glass of wine in the fresh air. Please note: The apartment is a basement garden unit, with windows only in the living room and kitchen.
