New Daybed, Loft, Patio, & Palm Trees

A miniature apartment-like retreat with residential mini-split. Palm trees surround this little slice of paradise in the desert. The JAMM Wagon (remodeled Class C RV) has all the essentials: bathroom with shower, kitchen, TV, heat/AC, closet, dining table, and 1-2 beds (1 loft & 1 single) to choose from. Plus, covered patio space for your use. Check hours- but you're walking distance from famous "Jac's Whistle Stop Cafe" or burritos from Gonzo's. Enjoy star gazing or soaking up year-round sun. The space Free-flowing water, heat, AC, a full-size toilet, and all needed appliances are located in this neat RV stay. You'll be surrounded by palm trees and most privacy. The main bed is a very comfortable memory foam twin on the main level. Double (queen) bed is located over the cab: super comfortable if you don't mind the ladder. Be careful! - Use at your own risk. There can be an additional twin bed below by converting the dining area. (Just ask for help if needed, or I can prepare it for you in advance!) The kitchen and bath have most things you'd need, from a spice rack and cooking utensils, to toiletries and ROKU TV. Some updates include easy-glide curtains all around, new seals, bed, & linens. I'm happy to answer any questions you may have. Guest access The entire RV, as well as the patio space outside are available for your use. There are a couple different seating areas and chairs. Access to the laundry area -may- be provided. Please ask for your dates. There is a clean full laundromat just up the street! Other things to note Bring your SxS/RZR/UTVs to ride the town and to the trails!
