Other things to note This apartment is a private home, and we hope that every guest will take care of this home and enjoy it. Please treat this room as your own home. And please follow the following rules: No eating or storing marijuana, durian or mangosteen in the room; Please keep the room clean to avoid insects and odors. Garbage is transported daily by elevator to the garbage collection station near the underground parking lot. Kitchen utensils and dishes must be washed daily for the same reasons. If you smoke on the balcony, you must keep your cigarette butts and throw them in the trash; Electricity is not included in the accommodation fee, 6 baht/unit, settled at check-out; If you book for more than seven days, cleaning service is provided every seven days, including changing bed sheets and towels.
