"La Frégate" small comfortable house

Keep it simple at this peaceful place near Baume-les-Dames and Besançon, 10 minutes from the bike path The space The house includes a large living room on the ground floor as well as a laundry room and toilet. Upstairs: a bedroom with an office area, a bathroom (shower) and toilet. There is a covered terrace in front of the house, with garden furniture. Bikers welcome (possibility to park motorcycles in the shelter) Guest access Parking outside the door. Possibility of storing bikes in a secure room. Other things to note It is an old outbuilding where the "grandpa" kept his car (a Frégate) completely renovated by my husband who kept some original stones and beams exposed. All the equipment is new.
