Two additional half baths offer options for everyone after a long day outdoors. An additional family room in the basement is great for watching TV and playing Foosball. There is no regular cable/satellite services at this home. TV is available in the basement family room. Guests are allowed the privilege to responsibly use the three kayaks available at the home. This home offers access to the Riverbend community - enjoy the private beach area on Mirror Lake, soaking at the Swimming Hole on the Broad River, and hike the Nature Walk.
