Bear Cub Cabin at Arrowhead Lake (Pet Friendly!)

Welcome to Bear Cub Cabin, located in the amenity-filled, gated community of Arrowhead Lake. This cozy chalet is located in the Pocono Mountains, just minutes from lakes, skiing, waterparks, and golf courses. Arrowhead Lake offers 2 lakes with 4 beaches and 3 pools, one just a short walk away. This 3-bedroom, 2 full bathroom cabin sleeps 8 guests and is the perfect spot for a family vacation getaway. We are dog friendly, so even your furry friend can enjoy a relaxing stay at Bear Cub Cabin. The space When you walk into Bear Cub Cabin using the keyless entry feature, you are greeted by the living area with vaulted ceilings, a sky light, and two stories of windows bringing nature's beauty inside. The kitchen comes with a dining table for four, coffee maker with complimentary coffee, spices, microwave, and a full cookware set. The living room includes plenty of seating with a smart TV, fireplace and family-friendly board games. The cabin offers two first floor bedrooms . In the primary bedroom you will find a queen size bed, while the second bedroom sleeps 4 in two twin size bunk beds. Also included is a washer/dryer combo on the first floor. Just up the stairs from the living room you will find the spacious loft has great views, and has a full size bed and full bathroom. You and your family can also take advantage of the outdoors on the large front deck where you will find a picnic table and benches, umbrella, rocking chairs, and a gas grill. Enjoy the fire pit with Adirondack chairs for a relaxing end to your evening (firewood not included). Guest access You and your family can enjoy the many amenities the Arrowhead Lake community has to offer, including 3 swimming pools, 4 beaches, a clubhouse, and game room with pool tables. Fees are required for every stay and must be paid to the community before your arrival. Arrowhead Lake Community Fees : Arrowhead Lake is a private, gated community. Temporary membership fees are mandatory and assessed to all rental parties these fees are built into the community fee section of airbnb so there is no extra fee outside of airbnb. The fee covers community registration, one gate card for a car to access the private gates, and 2 guests memberships for 2 nights at the off season rate of $2/person/night. Once you book, I will ask to confirm number of guests and number of vehicles you will need and send a request for that amount to register you with my community. extra gate cards are $20 and the in season rate is $8.50/person/night for community membership. If you need, I will send a request for anything extra. Once you have booked, you will be sent a link to a form to provide your vehicle information and guests. If this is not completed at least 3 days prior to arrival, the registration will cost $100 extra and if not by day before, the community will not allow you to enter and no refund can be issued. Temporary Membership grants access to all community facilities and events, as well as access to pools, lakes, beaches, playgrounds, basketball and tennis courts, to Community Lodge with 3 fireplaces, library, fitness room (gym), game rooms and banquet hall. Note: Pools are open starting Memorial Day weekend, until Labor Day. TEMPORARY MEMBERSHIP FEE IS REQUIRED WHETHER AMENITIES/FACILITIES ARE OPEN/USED OR NOT. Community amenities are owned and operated by Arrowhead Lake Community Association. Some amenities are seasonal (pools, beaches, rental shack etc.) or maybe closed due to staffing, weather, maintenance or other reasons not in our control. EXTERIOR CAMERA: For additional security, we have installed a video doorbell to monitor the exterior of our home.
