The 3 bed, 1.5 bath private condo is in close proximity to Cleveland Clinic, University Hospitals, CWRU, Beachwood area, Little Italy, University Circle, and Downtown Cleveland. The space Reilly Properties is Cleveland's professional short term provider. From the one week vacation to the extended stay of 3 months or more, we are flexible with our lease terms and open to price negotiation. We offer all of our guests a variety of a la carte options to help make their stay in Cleveland as wonderful and stress-free as possible. This is a great option for the Cleveland traveler or for someone needing an extended stay option. The 3 bed, 1.5 bath condo is located off of Mayfield Road in Cleveland Heights. Hardwood floors throughout, super quiet area, and very friendly neighbors. Sidewalks on the street are perfect for walking the dog. The living room has a futon and small love seat for guests. There is a huge Smart TV set up to login to Netflix, Hulu, etc. Super fast Wifi too. The dining room area seats 4 to 6 people and connects to the kitchen. All appliances are provided (dishwasher, electric stove, fridge, oven) along with basic cookware, microwave, toaster, Keurig coffee maker, tea kettle, dish ware, and more. The half bathroom and washer/dryer are located on the first floor and connected to the kitchen area. The second floor has 3 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom. Each bedroom is set up with a work area (desk, chair, desk lamp). The master bedroom has a queen bed and a Smart TV with ROKU hookup. The other 2 bedrooms have a full and single bed. The full bathroom is a shower/tub combo. Guests may use the garage to park their car or one of the spots in the guest parking area. No more than 3 cars allowed. You're just a short drive to grocery stores, Whole Foods, the Cedar Lee Independent movie theater, Cleveland Heights Public Library, Little Italy, Coventry main street filled with restaurants and shopping, great Cleveland Heights breweries, Starbucks, Target, and Walmart. Please note that for any guests who book a stay between 30-59 days there will be a built-in $400 monthly utility cap on water, sewer, trash, electric, and gas. If you surpass that cap by more than $25 you will need to reimburse us for overage using a credit card on file. Guests who book a stay of 60 days or more are subject to reimburse us directly for utility usage EXCEPT Wifi and security system. Contact me for more info. There's a lockbox set up on the front door and a keypad inside the garage for access the condo. Our office is located less than a mile away - if there are any repairs or problems we're usually at the condo within the hour. As a courtesy to me and the staff, if you plan to bring pets PLEASE ALERT ME BEFORE BOOKING. Let me know if you need any recommendations for restaurants, pubs, bars, local attractions, etc! Guest access Everything is available to use, but there is one closet locked for owner. Also, the porch area is not available at this moment. For a full house of 4 to 5 people, monthly utilities tend to run between $300 to $375 per month. A CREDIT CARD AUTHORIZATION FORM WILL BE PROVIDED TO YOU ONCE YOU CHECK IN. IMPORTANT =>>> This is an older condo located in a wooded area of Cleveland Heights. It's common to see deer, chipmunks, squirrels, and small mice around the neighborhood. Rest assured we do a very thorough cleaning before each guest arrives and take all precautions to ensure that pests do not enter the house. In the RARE EVENT that you happen to see a mouse inside the house, PLEASE ALERT LINDSEY RIGHT AWAY AND WE WILL TAKE CARE OF THE PROBLEM. Bedrooms on second floor - guests must be comfortable using the stairs. NO MORE THAN 3 CARS ALLOWED. A few notes about the house... 1. The condo association takes care of lawn maintenance during the spring, summer and fall. 2. Pets are welcome. Number of pets is negotiable. CLEANING FEE IS NEGOTIABLE and is based on number of occupants, length of stay, and number of pets.
