This is the perfect place to come home to after a long day of exploring the city or work . For the travelers who prefer to have a night in, you'll love relaxing in the living room or cooking a meal in the updated kitchen. However you spend your time here, you're sure to love it! NOTE: There are 40 steps to climb to access this unit. The space I want to ensure everyone who stays at my place feels like they are at home and can settle right in, so I provide the following amenities to all my guests! - PROFESSIONALLY CLEANED! My housekeeping team is professionally trained and follows a tightly regimented cleaning and sanitizing checklist. They are equipped with a full complement of professional cleaning tools and chemicals including a hospital-grade disinfectant. - Fresh towels and linens which are thoroughly laundered - High speed (fiber) wireless internet is always available - TV with streaming options - Kitchen appliances including a microwave, oven, coffee pot with a reusable filter, and tea kettle - Comes with amenities to get you started including paper towels, toilet paper, tissue, sponges & hand soap so you can feel at home! -The full sized kitchen is stocked with cookware, utensils, glasses, cutlery, sharp knives, cutting boards, baking sheets and all the basic tools - Luggage racks and hangers are available in each bedroom NOTE: There are 40 steps which you need to climb to access the unit. Guest access You will have full and private access to my apartment. Free street parking is available on any streets that are going North/South, and if you'd like to use the parking in back, please see the listing photo. Be sure to leave room for the other spots so park close to the side! NOTE: There are 40 steps to climb to access this unit. Other things to note Early Check-Ins and Late Check-Outs are difficult to accommodate.  If you need additional time, please consider booking an extra day. Local guests are permitted to book on an exception basis only.  Local groups looking to use the property for a party, gathering or other group event are expressly prohibited and your reservation may be canceled. Any guest booking this property must be staying at the property for the full duration of the reservation and is responsible for the actions of all people in the group.  Bookings made on behalf of others are allowed for some unique circumstances so please inquire if you are planning to book for someone else but do not intend to stay yourself. Minimum age of the responsible guest staying at the property is 25 years old. Your reservation may be cancelled if the responsible guest is younger than 25. There are absolutely no parties allowed as there are other residents living in the building. Quiet hours are between 10pm and 7am every day, and we ask that all noise be kept to a minimum during these times. If quiet hours are violated, the responsible guest may be fined $100 for each noise complaint. There is no smoking or vaping allowed anywhere on the property.
