The space Our townhouse is located in the heart of Villiers-sous-Grez, a charming village typical of the Fontainebleau forest massif and more precisely the Bois de la Commanderie. Here, you will live to the rhythm of nature and calm that reign supreme. Our place promotes sustainable practices. It is equipped with WIFI. Very special care is paid to the quality of cleaning and linens that meet hotel standards. The large kitchen is equipped with a 5-fire gas stove, a microwave oven, dishwasher, most of the small appliances such as Senseo coffee machine, filter coffee machine, toaster, kettle...and of course the dishes and cooking utensils to make your meals real moments of conviviality. A 37"flat screen TV completes the kitchen. The living/dining room will definitely be the place where you will enjoy your end of day after a climbing out. It is equipped with a large dining table for 8, a corner sofa, a TV and its 5.1 sound system, all in a carefully decorated space. You will also find board games available to you. Through the large staircase from the early 19th century, you will access upstairs and find 3 real rooms with comforting colors and a charming bathroom: A large room of 25m² for 4 people with a queen size bed and two 80x200 single beds. The perfect room for young and old. In this room, a space dedicated to children where they will find games and books specifically for them. A 40"TV connected to a 3.1 sound system completes this room. A large double bedroom with a queen size bed will please you with its beautiful ceiling height. A lovely double room with a queen size bed accessible by a few steps. A TV completes the bedroom. A crib with bars is available for baby. The bathroom to share and completely redone. It has a 170cm x 80cm bath, 80cm x 80cm shower, sink and large electric towel dryer. On the ground floor and upstairs are a separate toilet. Finally, because this house has all the layout for short and long stays, you will find a small period laundry room with a washing machine and dryer as well as a back kitchen to store your equipment…why not your crash pads, strollers... It is also here that you will be able to find all the tranquility to work remotely in one of the rooms in the house. Guest access You will have access to all amenities that make up the house. Your access is private and is through the main door of the house on the street side. Other things to note Our house promotes sustainable practices:) and cocooning of our guests!
