Its pretty living/dining room and large kitchen have been designed so that friendliness is the promise of your stay. The space Our townhouse is located in the heart of Villiers-sous-Grez, a charming village typical of the Fontainebleau forest massif and more precisely of the Bois de la Commanderie. Here, you will live to the rhythm of nature and calm that reign supreme. Our accommodation promotes sustainable practices. It is equipped with Wi-Fi. The large kitchen is equipped with a 5-burner gas stove, microwave, dishwasher, the essential small appliances such as Senseo coffee machine, filter coffee machine, toaster, kettle… and of course the dishes and cooking utensils to make your meals real moments of conviviality. A 37" flat screen TV completes the kitchen. The living/dining room will certainly be the place where you will enjoy your evenings after a climbing trip. It is equipped with a large dining table for 8 people, a corner sofa, a TV and its 5.1 audio system, all in a carefully decorated space. Board games are also available. Via the grand staircase from the early 19th century, you will access the floor and find 3 real bedrooms with comforting colors and a charming bathroom: A large 25 m² bedroom for 4 people with a queen size bed and two 80 x 200 single beds. The perfect room for all ages. In this room, there is a space dedicated to children where they will find games and books especially for them. A 40" TV connected to a 3.1 audio system completes this room. A large double bedroom with a queen size bed will please you with its beautiful ceiling height. A lovely double bedroom with a queen size bed accessible by a few steps. A TV completes the room. A crib is available for babies. The bathroom is shared and completely redone. It has a 170 cm x 80 cm bathtub, an 80 cm x 80 cm shower, a sink and a large electric towel dryer. On the ground floor and upstairs are separate toilets. Finally, because this house has all the amenities for short and long stays, you will find a small period laundry room with a washing machine and a dryer as well as a back kitchen to store your equipment… why not your crash-pads, strollers… This is also where you can find all the tranquility to telecommute in one of the rooms of the house.
