Located on the street known as the most luxurious open-air mall in Brazil, our studio was designed for those who want to stay in style and comfort in the city of São Paulo. 1 km from Avenida Paulista, 400m from Hospital das Clínicas and a few blocks from an incredible gastronomic tour, we have the convenience of a metro station just 50 meters away (Oscar Freire Station) so you can enjoy the best that the city has to offer. The space The studio has a double bed, 42" Smart TV, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, space for home office, mini pantry equipped with induction cooktop, microwave, Nespresso coffee maker, sandwich maker, blender and kitchen utensils Guest access Fitness Room Coworking Space Swimming Pool Laundry Other things to note - The condominium has a 24-hour reception - For you to have a great experience and for your comfort, for stays longer than 14 days, we recommend extra cleaning contracted by the guest. - The condominium has a PAID luggage storage system per app. - After booking, you will need to send your full name, CPF and date of birth to register at the building's entrance. - Our Studio does NOT have a parking space, but in the condominium there is a private PAID parking lot. The amounts are charged separately and must be paid directly to the company that manages the parking lot. If you need to use it, please enter the vehicle details at the time of booking. - Visitors will only be allowed upon prior registration by the host (one person per stay)
