Air-conditioned villa with swimming pool on a wooded and flowery land, not overlooked, just 17 minutes from the city of Essaouira and the beach. Our villa is only 16 kilometers from Essaouira, in the countryside where there is more sun and less wind than in Essaouira which is on the ocean. The villa offers you the comfort and privacy you need during your vacation with zero vis-à-vis: the villa is surrounded by fields. The villa, garden and pool are entirely for you. The space 240 m2 villa composed of: - 4 air-conditioned bedrooms with dressing room (2 bedrooms with 160*200 bed and 2 bedrooms with 2 90*200 beds) - 3 bathrooms (with 1 small and 1 large towel available per tenant) - 2 air-conditioned living rooms (with sofa, Wi-Fi, Smart TV, IPTV) - 1 air-conditioned dining room - 1 equipped kitchen (stove, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, toaster, juicer, electric kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, filter coffee machine, Italian coffee machine, tajine, couscoussier ….). - Outdoor terraces with tables and chairs for outdoor dining (with pergola and umbrellas) On the property, there is also a swimming pool (5 * 10 meters), a pergola with barbecue and a large garden of 3000 m2 planted with trees and flowers (olive trees, lemon trees, orange trees, mandarin trees, pomegranate trees, apricot trees, vines, argan trees, pear trees, fig trees, grapefruit trees, false pepper trees, almond trees, palm trees, ficus elastic, bougainvillea, hibiscus, oleander, jasmine). Your car will be sheltered from the sun under a carport within the property. Many activities, excursions, hikes, kite/wind surfing, surfing, quad biking, mountain biking, horseback riding or camel riding are possible nearby (Essaouira). Guest access The property is privatized for you (villa, pool and gardens). Other things to note - At extra cost and on request, a stove can relieve you of the preparation of meals. The rate is 150 dirhams (about €14) per day regardless of the number of meals and the number of people. The ingredients needed to prepare meals are your responsibility. Either you buy the ingredients needed for the preparation or it's the stove that does. If she needs to buy the ingredients, she asks for 50 dirhams for transportation costs. She makes Moroccan food: Moroccan crepe for breakfast (msemen and baghrirs), and for lunch and dinner: tagine (beef, sheep, chicken, minced meat or fish), couscous, rfissa, barbecue... - Upon request, we can also involve a maid during your stay. The price of this service is 150 dirhams per day. - We have a very nice Labrador breed dog on the property. He is very affectionate and playful.
