I invite you to my place in the world. 50m2 island house on the Espera stream, 25 minutes from the mainland by collective boat, or 10 minutes by taxi boat. On a 2500m2 private park, private dock, open deck overlooking the river. Extensive trails to explore the most beautiful places in the delta, full of vegetation and island landscapes. Ideal for an unusual experience, surrounded by peace and nature. Everything you need for a great stay. The space The house comes with all the necessary equipment for a comfortable stay. It has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and air conditioning, the second bedroom with two single beds and a table fan. Full kitchen with electric oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, double gas stove, electric kettle, electric coffee maker with filter and everything you need to cook. Wood-burning fireplace (use allowed only in winter) Dining room for four people. Smart TV. Full bathroom with shower, electric water heater. Outdoor deck in front of the house overlooking the river. Outdoor Grill Table and benches for eating in the park. Sun loungers, a hammock. Exit to a 2500m2 private park. Private dock. From the property, you can access roads to explore the Delta's most beautiful streams for hours, even reaching the exclusive German restaurant and a grocery store that is a 20-minute walk away. You can also walk to the Monte Blanco Nature Reserve, which is free to enter on weekends. It has a warehouse boat service direct to the dock, on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays and holidays. Guest access Guests have access to the entire property, garden, and dock, from where you can enter the river, fish, sunbathe, hike, and take boat rides (if you wish to hire the service separately). Other things to note WATER: The water in the network comes from the river. It is NOT drinkable. It is NOT suitable for consumption, it is not recommended to drink it or use it for cooking. YES, it can be used for showering and for washing dishes or clothes. We provide guests with a 10-liter drinking water container. If you need more during your stay, you must purchase them by buying them from the warehouse or pantry boat. If drinking water in containers is used responsibly, the amount offered is more than enough. GAS: The house always has a tank of bottled gas. ELECTRICITY: The house has mains electricity. On certain occasions the power may be cut off, as we are in a rugged area, and it is the responsibility of the Edenor company, and not the host, if power outages occur. Flashlights and emergency lights are provided. We do not have a generator. If there are power outages for which the power company Edenos is responsible, and not due to particular damage to the accommodation, no refunds will be made. TIDES: As we know, tides are natural events. They cause the water level to rise and fall. On certain occasions, they can be significant. In these cases, don't despair because the tides manifest themselves in cycles and at some point it will go down, between six and twelve hours. Except for rare exceptions in which it remains very low or very high for several days. Therefore, it is very important not to leave anything in the garden or on the dock when the water rises or when you go to sleep. It is important to note that no refunds or cancellations will be made due to climatic factors typical of the area. Or for inconveniences in the electrical service. It is important that the guest understands that staying in this natural and rugged area does not always guarantee perfect services, as this is precisely the attraction of staying in a virgin and rugged area. RESPONSIBILITY: The house is on the Espera creek. Therefore, the guest is responsible for any eventuality that may occur in or out of the river. The rivers have strong currents and in the area where the accommodation is located the depth can reach more than 5 meters, therefore it is recommended to enter the river, secured by ropes that will be provided tied to the dock. On the other hand, it is very important not to dive headfirst, since the visibility due to the type of water in the river is zero. Campfires are not allowed, as the area is prone to fires. Visitors are not allowed outside the number of registered guests and for whom payment has been made. IMPORTANT: While pets are allowed, only neutered dogs are allowed.
