Please note washing machine not included & extra cost £6. No cooking on gas allowed. Can use the toaster, kettle & microwave. Help your self to tea and coffee. No food to be taken upstairs. Please see restrictions for driving in photos. Please clear your belongings out the bathroom if left. The space Wife husband living here, we have a spare Spacious clean double room available with a king size bed (and ample of storage) for rent. Would expect to remain clean and tidy. No smoking. No food to be taken upstairs for eating. No beef allowed. No usage of gas & air fryer. Can use microwave, kettle and toaster. No breakfast provided but can help your self to tea and coffee.
