When you are not out and about enjoying what the city has to offer, you can retreat indoors by the fire in this light-filled, recently renovated mid century gem, or, take in unobstructed views of the San Jacinto Mountain in the saltwater spillover hot tub outdoors and enjoy an old school charcoal bbq grill! The space WHERE YOU WILL SLEEP Bedroom 1: King bed with a 50” TV. Ensuite bathroom. An outdoor patio is accessible through the sliding glass door. Bedroom 2: Queen bed. Bedroom 3: King bed with a 50” TV. A washer and a dryer are available for your use. OUTDOORS You'll enjoy 100% privacy thanks to the Ficus hedge surrounding the parameter. There are loungers by the pool, a seating area, and a dining area for al fresco meals. An old school charcoal BBQ grill is available for your use. There is also an outdoor gas firepit. There is a private patio accessible from the Master Bedroom. Guest access GUEST ACCESS The entire home and outdoor yards are yours to enjoy exclusively! Other things to note CAMERAS There is a Ring camera at the gate and a security camera mounted above the garage door. Both can only monitor activities outside of the property. There is no camera inside the property. ARRIVAL/DEPARTURE Check in is 4PM. Check out is 11AM. Late check out without prior approval with incur a $250 fee, as we need time to get the house ready for the next guest. PETS Pets under 55 lbs are allowed for an additional $100 flat fee for each pet. SMOKING Absolutely no smoking is allowed. There is a $5,000 fine if there is any sign of smoking. POOL HEATING Optional pool heating is recommended from October to April for an additional fee of $100 per day. If elected, the pool heat must be turned on for the duration of your stay. Spa heat is included in your rental. EV CHARGER Please let me know if you need to use the standard EV charger so I can give you access. You will need an adapter if you have a Tesla. MAINTENANCE SCHEDULE The pool is maintained twice per week. The gardener comes once a week to maintain the landscape on Thursdays. Pool maintenance is performed on Mondays and Thursdays. The gardener and pool guy will enter the property to do their job. Garbage service comes early Friday mornings. There is nothing you need to do for this. IMPORTANT NOTES PLEASE NOTE that Palm Springs imposes 11.5% Transient Occupancy Tax and 1% Tourism Business Improvement District assessment on stays less than 28 days. If your stay is 28 days or more, taxes do not need to be paid. These city-imposed charges will be added to the reservation by Airbnb payment request after booking. Airbnb does not currently allow the taxes to be added as a line item so this will be in addition to the total shown. CITY OF PALM SPRINGS REGULATIONS & RENTAL RULES: No parties or large social gatherings of any kind are permitted at this location! Neighbors have been notified that this property is a vacation rental and are encouraged to call a hotline to dispatch authorities to investigate any disturbances. If the city issues a violation, guest will be responsible for payment of any fine(s) and may be evicted with no refund. - Minimum age for primary renting guest is 25. - Daytime occupancy is 10 people. - Overnight occupancy is 6 people. - Maximum of 2 vehicles allowed. - The City imposes a strict noise ordinance for vacation rentals. No music is allowed outside at any time, including music coming from inside that can be heard at the property line, and no noise at all is allowed outside after 10pm. - The City requires a signed written contract for all guests, as well as a copy of the primary renter's government ID.
