WORKING & WILDLIFE RANCH - Please know we are in a wildlife corridor so as much as we are luxurious, we also have occasional wildlife bugs, bees field, mice that you can encounter. With this comes a magical experience thats hard to find. We are on a mountain that creates sulfur so once in a while, you’re also smell sulfur. A few acres away from the house. There are even some oil derricks. You may experience a few workers that come and go on the 40 acres , but do not come in the space of the home. PEST CONTROL- This is country living and we do our best to keep the little creatures away, but its a part of being close to nature. We do have regular pest control, but the occasional insect/mice may make its way inside. We have left supplies inside to help remove them. This house is so special to have a "Ocean View" from Ojai very rare.. Please note its 1-winding road to get there but once you come though the gates its pure magic.
