Welcome to my colorful, cozy, creekside bungalow! Enjoy the best of what the Catkills has to offer here in the town of Kingston! The house is perfectly situated in between the arts and music of Uptown Kingston and the bakeries and shops of Woodstock - a ten minute drive to either town center. Yet, when you are here, you will feel AWAY from it all. The bungalow is nestled into the hillside of the Bluestone State Forest, and sits adjacent to a gorgeous creek - waterfalls, moss, stone and all! The space The house has one comfortable bedroom; a daybed to sleep on in the living room, a newly renovated bathroom and kitchen, a fenced yard for your pup to play safely, a deck that overlooks a beautiful creek with small waterfalls, a fire pit in the side yard, and an incredible open space floor plan so you can cook, sit at the table or in the living room and connect with your friends/family at the same time. This is a single level home, with only one small step to contend with, so perfect for people who are not up for tons of stairs. The house is DOG friendly (no peeing/chewing puppies please) and kid friendly. Guest access You will have access to the entire home, yard, deck, and driveway. Other things to note Please let me know in advance if you’d like the twin sized daybed in the living room as a sleeping option, and I will leave out bed linens.
