The space The apartment has an independent entrance through a covered patio of exclusive property, from which you enter the first large living room (Living Room 1) where we find a comfortable relaxing area very convivial and furnished with three large sofas (one of which is a sofa - bed), in this room you can dabble in various activities, including reading the various books on the shelves. The second living room (Living Room 2), much more intimate, is furnished as a TV room, capable of accommodating a good number of people to enjoy the view of the 70" SMART TV. Upstairs, accessed by a characteristic spiral staircase, we have the property's two main bedrooms, both very large and each with its own en-suite bathroom, double beds and closets. Room 1, the largest in the apartment, has a very large and distinctive bathroom area (Bathroom 1) with double sinks, both recessed in historic niches with brick arches, as well as a wonderful BATHTUB that is sanitized after each use with specific products. Room 2, also has a bathroom (Bathroom 2) in the room complete with shower, sink and toilet. On the lower floor of the property (S1), we find the kitchen, the third bedroom and the last of the three bathrooms. Bedroom 3 is double, and is very close to the third bathroom (Bathroom 3) in the house. Bathroom 3 is complete with shower, sink, toilet and bidet. The Kitchen is fully furnished, there is a large dining table, and in the units there is a refrigerator, oven, induction hob, microwave, dishwasher as well as a small laundry area with washer and dryer. There is also a capsule coffee maker and a kettle. WI - FI available and free of charge. Guest access The entire apartment is at the complete disposal of guests.
