Ideally located at the crossroads between Saint-Avold, Forbach, Sarreguemines and Morhange, we offer you our little house that will welcome you during your business trips, your stays with family or friends, for a short or long stopover. Located in the center of the village, it offers the calm of the countryside, with its walking and mountain biking trails while being close to amenities. It has a garage and parking. The space The house dates from 1959, it has been renovated with simplicity, it is a family house that is functional with all the comforts you need. There are no hotel services. It has 4 bedrooms: a bedroom on the ground floor with a double bed 140*190 and bunk beds reserved for children, two bedrooms upstairs consisting of a double bed 140*190 and a fourth bedroom consisting of a double bed 160*200 and a single bed 90*200. The house includes a dining kitchen, a living room, an adjoining living room with a foosball table and a high table for 4, two bathrooms with toilet (one with walk-in shower and the other with bathtub). It also has a basement with laundry room, garage (small car) and a living room with access to the terrace. There is a small stretch of grass in the front. Guest access Your arrival is done independently with a lockbox, a check-in will be done after your installation and a check-out before departure. We are available if needed during your stay. Access to the house is via 4 steps. 2 cars can be parked in the garage entrance, public parking is located nearby. Other things to note The house and its exteriors must be returned clean and tidy, cleaning is not included in the rental. If you wish, a cleaning fee is possible via a private company.
