The suite/room is located in a house where we live and where there are a total of 4 rooms available for lodging. The place is located in a neighborhood surrounded by nature (facing the green belt and next to Parque da Gruta), extremely peaceful, safe, quiet and clean, while being in downtown Santa Cruz do Sul and 2 km away from Parque da Oktoberfest. Street parking is free and extremely safe. The space The suite/room is located in a house where we live and where there are a total of 4 rooms available for lodging. The place is located in a neighborhood surrounded by nature (facing the green belt and next to Parque da Gruta), extremely peaceful, safe, quiet and clean, while being in the center of Santa Cruz do Sul and 2 km away from Parque da Oktoberfest. Street parking is free and extremely safe. Other important information: - We will hand over the keys to guests at check-in time and show them the space - We do not offer meals/snacks or hygiene and cleaning items (shampoo, soap, hairdryer, etc.); - We provide complete bedding (pillowcase, sheet, top sheet, blankets, etc.) and bath and face towels; - Guests need to climb stairs to access the room; - There are two small dogs in the house; - Street parking is free and very safe, we do not provide a garage; - Guests will have access inside the house only to the bedroom and bathroom; - The en-suite bathroom is exclusive to guests staying in the suite - TV available only for the suite (Chromecast) - The rooms have air-conditioning and a ceiling fan - The water is heated by solar panels but the bathrooms have electric showers in case of cloudy or very cold days - Luggage is allowed in the room - Guests can enter and leave the house at any time Guest access Guests will have access to the room and bathroom
