Modern Apartment Sleeps 7 Close to Malta Airport

This is a very large ground floor apartment with its own private entrance. The apartment sleeps 7 persons and it is located in Luqa, very close to the Malta International Airport. Bus stops to Valletta and other localities are within walking distance just 5 minutes away. The property has a large dining and living area with sofa bed, a fully equipped Kitchen, 1 bathroom, 3 large bedrooms (one leading to a well sized private outdoor area) and a laundry room with interconnected small yard. The space The apartment is approximately 200 square meters in size. In the living room there is a sofa bed, a TV Unit and a 32" Smart TV. You can access Netflix or other streaming apps through the TV's Smart features. Basic TV reception is provided for free. The dining table can sit 6 persons. The kitchen is equipped with a cooking hob, oven, grill, refrigerator, freezer, kettle, microwave, toaster and dishwasher. For your health and safety we also installed a smoke detector, a fire extinguisher, a fire blanket and a first aid kit in the kitchen area. Kitchenware like utensils, dishes, pots, pans, kitchen towels, cleaning materials and garbage bags is also available inside the kitchen. The kitchen, dining and living area is also fully airconditioned. In the Laundry room you will find a washing machine, a hair dryer and ironing facilities. Internet and Wi-fi is available free of charge. The apartment has 3 fully air conditioned bedrooms that can sleep 6 persons. The main bedroom has a large king sized double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and bed side tables. A second bedroom (equipped with two single beds, two bedside tables, a wardrobe and a chest of drawers) has access to a large outside yard that is furnished with an outside table, 4 chairs, two deckchairs and an umbrella. The third bedroom is equipped with two single beds and with a fitted wardrobe that includes drawers. All bedrooms have linen, extra blankets and extra pillows. The apartment has one fully equipped bathroom. Toiletries like towels, shampoos, hair conditioners, shower gels and hand soap are provided free of charge. New born cots and an extra bed can be provided for free. Guest access Guests have access to the entire apartment and to all amenities. Please make yourself at home. Other things to note The cleaning fee covers your departure clean and replacement towels and linen once per week. You will always check-in to a clean apartment and don’t have to worry about cleaning up before you go. This is all included in the cleaning fee.
