The space The apartment is located on the 3rd floor (accessible with elevator) in a building located on a backyard with a very pleasant, very relaxing and very appreciable unobstructed and wooded view in a capital. Our accommodation can accommodate 4 guests who will sleep on 4 very comfortable single beds (2 beds on a classic bed base in a sleeping area that can be closed with an accordion partition and 2 beds from a sofa bed in the living room). The apartment is equipped with a fully equipped kitchenette, a sleeping area for 2 people with a desk area, a living room with TV and sofa bed, individual toilets, a bathroom and an entrance. The rental includes a parking space in the basement, which is very convenient in Paris to park your vehicle during your stay. There is no balcony, but 3 beautiful windows to bring light into the apartment. As you can see from the photos, the view is clear. The apartment overlooks a deep backyard with buildings and green spaces giving a breath in the capital and also allowing to isolate yourself from the noise of the street. It's a very quiet apartment where it's really possible to rest. Bed linen, tea towels and towels for 4 people are included in the rental. Guest access Guests have access to the entire property.
