It is ten minutes from the Porte de Versailles Exhibition Center, a stone's throw from the Aquaboulevard, a few minutes' transport from the center of Paris. The liveliest arteries of the 15th arrondissement are just a short walk away. The property is perfect for a business and family stay. The space The apartment is located on the 3rd floor (accessible with elevator) in a building located on a backyard with unobstructed and wooded views very pleasant, very relaxing and very nice in a capital city. Our accommodation can accommodate 4 guests who will sleep on 4 very comfortable individual beds (2 beds on a classic box spring in a night area that can be closed with an accordion partition and 2 beds from a pull-out sofa within the living room). The apartment is equipped with a fully equipped kitchenette, a sleeping area for 2 people with an office area, a living room with TV and a pull-out sofa, an individual toilet, a bathroom and an entrance. The rental includes a parking box in the basement, which is convenient in Paris to park your vehicle during your stay. There is no balcony, but 3 beautiful windows to bring light into the apartment. As you can see from the photos, the view is clear. the apartment overlooks a deep backyard with buildings and green spaces giving a breath in the capital and also isolating yourself from street noise. It is a very quiet apartment where it is really possible to rest. The bed linen, tea towels and towels for 4 people are included in the rental. Guest access Guests have access to the entire property.
