Guest access The house is for the exclusive use of guests. You will have access to all areas: patio, kitchen, laundry room, 4 bedrooms with bathroom, dining room and a small living room. Other things to note A few steps from the Casa Azul (The old house of Frida Kahlo) and the center of Coyoacán **Once the reservation is made, the number of guests or nights cannot be reduced. As well as no date changes. *In Mexico City, we do not use heaters or air conditioning. We recommend keeping an eye on the weather forecast and packing accordingly with clothing that best suits the climate :). *Mexico City has experienced water cuts in the area. In the event of a possible water shortage, we will remain attentive at all times. TOWELS: We provide one towel per person per stay. Most of our apartments have a washer and dryer, or are located near a laundromat. Please note that towels that are permanently stained or damaged will be charged for. To avoid this, you will find towels marked with the word “makeup” that you are free to use for makeup removal or for products that may stain. Security Deposit For reservations made outside of Airbnb, Vrbo, or our website, we require a valid credit card to hold the security deposit. This hold is not a charge and is automatically released upon checkout, provided no damage or violations occur during the stay. The process is secure and is carried out through a specialized platform to protect your data. We will send you instructions once your reservation is confirmed.
