The space Casa Son Yólotl, a place with history, nature, and comfort; born of love and designed for relaxing, reconnecting with nature, and creating unforgettable moments with family or friends. We, the original inhabitants, transformed our home into a haven of comfort and rustic style, breathing new life into every corner to share the essence of this unique place. It is a private, safe and quiet property that houses FIVE INDEPENDENT SPACES to suit different types of trips and groups: 1. Framboyanes (capacity: 6 people). A spacious and very comfortable entire house with 3 bedrooms, each with a double bed. The master bedroom has air conditioning and 1 full bathroom. There is also a TV, kitchen, dining room, living room, and a 2nd full bathroom. 2. Bugambilias (for 2 people). A detached cottage with a private backyard, a king-size bed, a living room, and a full bathroom. 3. Orquídea (sleeps 2). Detached cottage with a king-size bed, kitchenette and private bathroom. 4. Anthurium (for 3 people). Detached annex with kitchenette, double bed and single bed, and private bathroom. 5. Villa Granada (sleeps 5): Loft-style studio with five double beds and a full bathroom. Common Areas and Amenities: Pool: Perfect for relaxing and cooling off. Spacious terrace: With a barbecue grill, tables, and chairs, ideal for outdoor gatherings. Large garden: Ample space for games, group activities or team-building exercises, and an area for campfires. Relaxation area: Hammocks and natural spots surrounded by tranquility. Parking: Private parking for 5 cars. Rules of Communal Living and Pool Use To preserve the tranquility and care of the surroundings, in a respectful atmosphere: Music and noise: No loud parties or loud music. Pool supervision: Children and non-swimmers must always be accompanied by a responsible adult. No glass: Glass objects are prohibited in the pool area to prevent accidents. Pets: If you travel with your pet, keep an eye on it at all times, promptly pick up its waste, and note that pets are not allowed in the pool. Guest access We want to make your check-in very easy. When you check in, a member of our team will be waiting for you directly at the complex to welcome you, give you the keys and the gate control, and show you the details of the place. Guests have full access to our amazing outdoor areas, which include: Wide pool Terrace for gatherings Grill area and fire pit area Large garden and seating areas About the privacy of the premises: When renting the entire complex: All the common areas mentioned are 100% private and exclusive to your group for the entire stay. When renting villas separately: You will enjoy these areas in an atmosphere of respectful coexistence, shared only with the guests staying in the other villas of the complex. During your stay Guest interaction: We want your stay to be perfect and hassle-free. During your visit, we will maintain continuous communication through the Airbnb platform to answer quick questions or provide support for whatever you need. During your stay, there may be support staff on the property responsible for maintaining the green areas and the pool, ensuring that the space remains spotless while respecting your privacy at all times. Other things to note Extended Capacity and Events The total maximum capacity of Casa Son Yólotl is 30 people in the complex (combining guests and visitors): Camping space (More than 23 guests): If your group exceeds 23 people staying in villas, we have large green areas for camping (up to a limit of 30 people in total on the property). Extra fee applies per additional person. Event visitors: If you organize a gathering and have outside guests, a maximum of 7 visitors without accommodations are allowed (without exceeding the overall limit of 30 people in the complex). Each visitor incurs an additional charge.
