Relax and unwind with the large Smart TV, Nintendo game system, DVD player, and an assortment of DVDs for your entertainment. Dog owners will appreciate the dog toys and multiple dog beds available. 🍳 Kitchen & Dining Room The main level features a cozy living room, a spacious kitchen with an island for your convenience, and a dining room. The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, utensils, glasses, coffee cups, plates & bowls, microwave oven, toaster, and some cooking spices. Enjoy the provided coffee pods, sugar, creamer, and complimentary drinks and snacks. 🌳 Backyard From the dining room, access the fully fenced backyard, a private oasis where you can relax and unwind. Once your reservation is confirmed, we’ll provide details for completing the agreement. 🔑 Check-In Process: For a seamless check-in experience, your unique code along with your check-in instructions will be updated into your personalized guidebook on the morning of your arrival. You’ll use this code for entry. ☕ Starter Supply: We’ve prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay. ⏰ Unauthorized Late Checkout Fee: $20 Per Half Hour Late 💵 Additional Fees: For guests bringing dogs, there is a mandatory pet fee of $100 per dog, collected after booking. A maximum of 2 dogs is allowed per reservation unless otherwise approved. No other animals are permitted. Optional services, including early check-in, late check-out, and additional guests, can be arranged upon request and are subject to availability. These additional fees help cover the cost of reworking the schedule or adding an additional cleaner if needed. Please message us ahead of time for pricing and availability. ✅ City Permit: Don't worry about your stay being canceled at the last minute due to a violation from the City forcing the unit to shut down.
