Cottage next to our house

Situated in a peacefull hamlet made with stones, far from any busy roads, at the gates of Brittany "Les prés de la Janais" has a vast property of 20 000 m2, including a large garden, a pound, an apple orchard, an undergrowth, a pasture, and playgroup for kids (trampoline, guntry, turnstile). A small brook and a communal road delimit our property. The site is surrounded by organic pasture, and the biodiveristy is very riche. The space The cottage has the wifi, it's adjoining with our house. We share our garden, but rest assured, 2 spaces for meal and relaxation are reserved to you. So you can benefit of your independance. You will also find different places for picnic in the property. Feel free to go anywhere you want. We do not want to disturb you during your stay, but if you want to, don't hesitate to come and exchange with us, we will be pleased to share informations about our favorites in the surrounding. The cottage has a spacious bedroom upstairs, with a large double bed (200x160cm). At the ground floor, a equiped kitchen, a small living room/ dining room with TV, a bathroom, and independant toilet. It also have a washing machine, and we can provide childcare equipement. Your bed will be ready and we provide towels as well. You will also find a necessary kit for the cleaning and a few things to make your entrance easier. Other things to note Fishing is allowed in our small pond, but only in catch and release. You'll find black bass, perch, roach, carps and pike.
