If needed there is a comfortable good quality single bed foam mattress, that can go on the floor in the office/ reading room. 12 min walk to Bayfair shopping centre and 10 min walk to Surf beach and surf club. This is a family home, and a quiet neighbourhood. No parties, no loud music or disruption to neighbours. Only the approved booking quests are allowed to stay.
