Enjoy views of the Superstition Mountains from the primary bedroom. Bedroom #2 has a walk-in closet and is located next to the second full bathroom. Large kitchen with everything you need for a great home-cooked meals. New dishwasher and newer refrigerator. Kitchen also has a brand new dual wine and beverage refrigerator for guest use. Multiple barstools for casual meals and a nice round kitchen table to enjoy fabulous food, drinks, and conversation. Relax in the living area with two couches & chair. Play board games on the coffee table while you watch the new 65" Roku TV. Pool table central to the living area and kitchen areas, newly resurfaced and ready for all pool sharks. Step out back onto the huge patio and find a round table for outdoor dining, comfortable sofa and chairs perfect for lounging, conversing, and taking in the out of this world views you have in every direction. Enjoy the huge built-in propane fire pit with 4 Adirondack chairs surrounding it, perfect for keeping you warm on the crisp desert winter nights. Around the large private pool you will find a palatial umbrella perfect for providing some shade, and 4 comfortable chaise lounges for laying out and getting some sun. The pool is NOT heated. Enjoy the hot and clean bubbling hot tub. All new turf and plants throughout the backyard. Backyard is fully fenced. Laundry is in the garage, washer & dryer is available for guest use. On the Southside of the backyard, just beyond the fence, there is an RV parking area with full hookups. Please inquire regarding additional charges if you want to use the RV area and hookups. (Occupancy of 4 is for the house. If you have an RV to park and use the hookups the overall occupancy can increase to accommodate). Additional fees apply to park an RV, please contact host. Set up to accommodate long term stays. Please inquire if you are interested in a longer term stay. Guest access Guests have access to the entire home with the exception of one closet which is locked. Guests also have use of the 2 car attached garage. Other things to note Pool is NOT heated. Pool and hot tub are serviced twice a week. You will be made aware of the days on a "welcome sheet" inside the home. Please do not touch any pool equipment. Property is located in the heart of the desert, with park property running along one side. There is a lot of wild life in the desert; animals, bugs, reptiles. Be aware that you could see a variety of the above listed wild life. We do have the property treated by a professional pest control company inside and outside once a month and this treatment could coincide with your stay, we will make you aware if it does Guests have access to 2 car garage attached to the home, guest laundry access is also in the attached garage. Home is 1 level, however there are a couple very shallow steps into the main living area from the front door. It is possible to avoid the steps all together if you enter from the garage. *No parties, no loud gatherings *No pets *No smoking of any kind (If any of this takes place in or on the property you will be removed, pay all necessary extra cleaning fees and damages and receive no reimbursement for your stay that was ended early.
