*Less than 2 min to SAND**LOFT in VENICE Bungalow*

I'm a wardrobe stylist in L.A. - I regularly travel for work and will occasionally rent out my loft while I'm gone. My house is a super cool beach bungalow with 3 bedrooms (my loft is upstairs) and is located just 1 minute from the sand. You will be near everything - 2 blocks to Santa Monica, 1 block to all the restaurants, shops and bars on Main Str, 1 block to Rose Ave and just 3 blocks to Abbot Kinney. Original wood floors, lots of natural light! There is fridge and microwave but NO COOKING! The space There are 3 rooms in my house and I Airbnb mine when I travel and the rooms downstairs so you will be staying with other Airbnb'ers. This home is a super cool beach bungalow that gives you the true Venice experience and is worth almost 2 million dollars because of its prime location (we are on the same block as the ocean). This house has been featured in countless magazines and was once home to Jim Morrison's girlfriend, Pam. There are no shared walls with the house next to us and the house even has two entrances (front + back) so you may not even ever see the other guests. My loft features the best memory foam mattress and crisp white towels. I am happy to answer any questions and look forward to having you.
