This 28 m² apartment with a double bed in a separate bedroom has been completely renovated with quality materials and a seaside style. Wifi and TV are at your disposal. The residence is fenced and you have a closed box to store equipment. The space This apartment is located on the 1st floor of a beachfront residence. From the terrace, you can enjoy exceptional sea views. South facing, it is flooded with light during the day and benefits from the setting sun on the west side of Château Charles-Roux. It is composed of a main room with open kitchen, induction hob, microwave and espresso coffee maker (Malongo), as well as a sofa bed of 80 cm, a desk area with electrical outlets and wifi internet, a flat screen TV and a washing machine. A separate bedroom with a double bed in 140cm includes a quality, new mattress. We bring to your attention the fact that this bed is elevated compared to a standard bed, which allows you to enjoy the sea view even more and increase the storage space underneath. On the other hand, it may not correspond to you. This place isn't suitable for children for safety reasons. One bathroom with hanging toilet, sink and large shower will remind you of the seaside. The residence is closed with an automatic gate. You will have a beep that allows you to enter and park in the visitor parking lot, the spaces are not assigned to it. In addition, you have access to an enclosed box that allows you to store sheltered bikes, surfboards, paddle board, kayaks or any other equipment. A large, private swimming pool at the residence is available for your use during the season (this summer 2023, from June 6 to September 6). Supervised every afternoon in July/August, so you can enjoy a peaceful swim. You also have free access to tennis courts located above the harbor. At the bottom of the residence you will find pétanque courts, don't forget your balls! And the corniche to walk by the water or go for a jog... Optionally, we can provide you with a sea kayak for 2 people. (€25 per visit). From the Calanque du Petit Nid, in good weather... Other things to note To help you best prepare for your stay, here's some information: You have on site dishwashing liquid, new sponge, clean dish towel, various household products. Also the first garbage bags and rolls of toilet paper. In the apartment you will find duvets and pillows. However, linens and towels are not provided automatically. For hygiene reasons, use your own linens and towels. If this is not possible, please let me know 48 hours in advance so that we can make them available to you. Final reminder of the conditions: I do not charge a cleaning fee, but I expect my guests to return the studio to me in the clean condition found.
