About the room: The cozy room is located in the upper area of our duplex apartment and is accessible via its own entrance on the 4th floor via the stairs. Right next to the room, your own toilet is available. The shower is shared and located one floor down (3rd floor). You can reach it via the staircase. The use of the kitchen is not included in the listing. For longer stays or before. It can be used on request. The space Private room with private entrance and private toilet on the 5th floor. The shared shower is located one floor down and is accessible via the stairwell. Use of the kitchen is only possible by prior arrangement. Guest access You have your own access to the room and your own toilet right on the same floor. The shared shower is located on the 3rd floor. You can reach it via the stairwell or hallway. The kitchen can only be used by prior arrangement. During your stay I respect your privacy and am happy to be available in person or via message if you have any questions. Since we also live there (one floor below) and the shower is shared (on the 3rd floor), you may occasionally run into us. Other things to note Please note that the room is located on the 4th floor and there is no elevator in the building. The shared shower is one floor down and can be reached via the stairwell.
