The Summerhouse sits in the middle of a 5 acre garden with no immediate neighbours. This former outbuilding has been lovingly repurposed and offers an open plan living space with a day bed which converts into two singles or a kingsize bed, a kitchen and a separate bathroom. The space In those cases where the main house hasn’t been let guests can book in advance the 6 seater wood fired hot tub for an additional charge of £150 which includes all the seasoned wood you will need to keep the tub hot for the duration of your stay. Advance booking of the wood fired hot tub is essential as it takes approximately 5 hours to heat up. Guest access Guest can roam around the 10 acre gardens. Other things to note If you are planning to arrive without a car, please mention this in your booking so we can supply you with the local bus information or local taxi number. Wingmore is very much off the beaten track and is ideal for those looking to get lost in the depths of the countryside however, If you are planning on a self catering stay please be advised that the nearest village shop is over 3 miles away. We are always happy to stock basic items but for the more culinary minded please come prepared! If you are booking to arrive with a dog, we will ask you to confirm the breed of dog in advance of accepting your booking. We live on site and have a small child and an elderly and mellow lurcher (who can be spotted in some of the marketing photos). We cannot accept aggressive or dangerous dogs.
